Guruvarya Param Pujya Sahebji teaches that spiritual practice is not an independent activity.
Spiritual practice is the understanding with which every single activity must be performed.
Therefore, no matter where you are, or what your occupation, but every word, thought and deed becomes your field for spiritual practice.
That understanding is to see the hand of the Divine in all beings, at all times. To serve or to act to please others, will keep you bound by expectation and ego, but to do everything as an offering of devotion to God, with the guidance of a realised Guru, will ultimately raise you above your base nature. Spiritual practice is the attempt to live with this goal and the awareness to bring it into our daily practical lives.
All temple activities, as expressions of devotion, are aids to spiritually oriented living. Sahebji says that when people come together, it becomes an intensive workshop to put into practice positive attitudes, seeing the good in others, and living in harmony.
Guruvarya Param Pujya Sahebji’s vision
is to provide for every aspect of personal development and even within limited
facilities, Anoopam Mission UK strived to provide this platform. This will be
strengthened by better facilities, which will come with Phase 2 of the Mandir Project.
The well-being of the community is at the heart of Guruvarya Param Pujya Sahebji’s vision.
To cultivate the attitude to do good and wish good for all, is reflected in his every action.
Anoopam Mission works to nourish the values and understanding that underpins this positive attitude, through group activities, events, classes and camps. When human beings live with the attitude to do good and wish good for all
